Summary

Bookkeeper
Carpet One Floor & Home currently seek a bookkeeper to join our professional staff. We believe in creating a family friendly work environment where each person is an integral member of the team. As our bookkeeper, you will be a self-motivated individual who enjoys working individually and collaboratively. You will work with internal employees & business partners on a regular basis. You will be able to multi-task and communicate well with all those that are a part of the team.

Duties

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Coordinate with A/P and A/R
• Prepare Monthly Financial Statements
• File Monthly Sales Tax Returns
• File Quarterly Payroll Tax Returns
• File and Track Worker's Comp Claims

Requirements

Qualifications include

• Bookkeeping Experience - a plus but we are willing to train the right applicant
• Proficient in Excel
• Knowledge of RFMS a plus
• General Ledger proficiency
• Computer Skills
• Self-motivated and attention to details
