**Job Title: Data Entry** **Location:** Remote **Job Type:** 3-month temporary **Pay:** 16.50/hr **Schedule:** 5:30am - 5pm PT (flexible, set schedule between these hours) **About Us:** Our client is committed to advancing eye care through innovation and excellence. We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring accurate data management related to patient reply cards and supporting our clinical data management efforts. **Key Responsibilities:** + Perform data management activities related to intraocular lens (IOL) implants, including data entry, mail processing, and verification of Patient Reply Cards (PRC). + Utilize SAP to accurately input patient data and maintain organized spreadsheets and performance databases for monthly statistics and auditing purposes. + Process, audit, and batch Patient Reply Cards with a keen attention to detail to identify and resolve issues prior to data entry. + Collaborate with outside vendors to facilitate the shipping and scanning of Patient Reply Cards. + Provide support to the Patient Reply Card Billing Team, including reporting and invoice processing. + Develop and recommend organizational improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and streamline business processes. + Ensure compliance with applicable Corporate and Divisional policies and procedures. **Qualifications:** + **Education:** High School Diploma or equivalent required. + **Experience:** 0-2 years of relevant work experience in data management or a related field. + **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in SAP and strong computer skills, including experience with spreadsheets and databases. + **Attention to Detail:** Ability to maintain accuracy and meticulousness in data entry and processing tasks. + **Problem-Solving Skills:** Capacity to identify issues and propose effective solutions for organizational improvements. + **Communication Skills:** Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and external vendors. **About Kelly** Work changes everything.
