Overview
We are looking for a dynamic Digital Marketing Manager to join our team! In this role, you'll be responsible for creating, executing, and evaluating digital and social media marketing strategies that elevate our organization's presence and communications. You'll work closely with senior leadership to support the marketing, communications, and public relations teams in coordinating efforts across various departments to drive impactful campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate in the development and execution of digital and social media marketing strategies to strengthen our public image and improve internal and external communications.
Ensure the organization's messaging is clearly and consistently communicated across digital platforms, especially social media, to maintain a positive public image.
Support the editorial direction and production of various publications, ensuring they align with the organization's goals.
Assist in managing content creation for social media platforms, social media advertising, and search engine marketing strategies.
Analyze and assess the effectiveness of current digital marketing and social media strategies, recommending improvements where necessary.
Stay on top of the latest social media trends and inform management about changes that may impact marketing efforts.
Set key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media campaigns and monitor their success by comparing campaign results with targets.
Lead special projects and events, including cause-related marketing campaigns.
Other tasks as required to support the organization's overall marketing and communications goals.
Team Leadership & Management
Foster a supportive and engaging work environment to attract, retain, and motivate talented staff and volunteers.
Assist with training, supervising, and developing team members to ensure growth and alignment with organizational objectives.
Promote effective team management by providing the necessary direction and resources to help team members succeed.
Guide cross-functional teams, helping them to collaborate effectively across different departments.
Encourage the use of individual skills and insights, while providing coaching and support to ensure team members reach their full potential.
Skills & Qualifications
Proven expertise in the design and execution of marketing, communications, and public relations strategies, with a strong focus on social media, websites, and visual storytelling.
Excellent creative, strategic, analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Strong experience in writing press releases, delivering presentations, and coordinating with media outlets.
Proficiency in word processing, database management, and page layout software.
A collaborative team player, committed to shared leadership and cross-functional teamwork.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with the potential for occasional travel.
Experience & Education
At least three years of experience in marketing, communications, or public relations, with a track record of success. Experience in the nonprofit or association sector is a plus.
A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field is preferred.
Physical Requirements & Work Environment
Ability to operate a computer and other office equipment.
Work is primarily sedentary in nature, with occasional travel required.
Exempt Status: Exempt from overtime pay.

Salary: $ 65,000.00 75,000.00 Per Year
